If you came here because of a Google search, I moved most of posts from [house] [of] [afh] to my beauty blog: Blaq Vixen Beauty. Thank you.

Anyway, I'm finally on my way to joining the Air Force Reserves. Yay!! Then from there, I'll no longer be a U.S. Navy Corpsman but an Airman. I don't know what my rate will be but I'm so excited. I never thought it would happen because things were going so wrong! You wouldn't believe it!

hello people :)

if you were here at the beginning, you've probably seen house of afh go thru some changes. first:

• it was a blog with different types of articles and things that didn't seem to fit together
• then it was a beauty blog
• fashion was the focus for a while. i even dubbed it "new blaq fash"

but now i need a place to vent since right now is a stressful time in my life. i'm also hoping to improve my freelance writing skills. i write for helium occasionally...i'm even the steward for the cosmetic procedures for the style & beauty channel but i've been slacking off lately. hope you're not too mad, rhonda...

in addition to this blog, i have blaq vixen beauty and blaq siren hair which makes this blog number 3...look, i'm so lazy i'm not even using proper capitalization and i usually go nuts when i see other people doing it. doesn't that make me a hypocrite?
